• Best offer: If you require special rates for 10 days or more, please advise us of your required dates and we will gladly inform you of the special prices we can offer (not available during HIGH SEASON).
  
  
• Booking: To confirm your reservation you must pay 25% prepayment of the total cost of your booking by your Credit Card or Bank deposit.
  
  
• Extra charge: late check out until 18.00, 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.
  
  
• Cancellation: If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  If cancelled or modified later, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  In case of ‘no-show’ the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  
  
• Children and extra beds: All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots/kid beds. Maximum capacity of baby cots/kid beds in a room is 1.
  All further older children or adults are charged 20% of the room rate per night for extra beds.
  
  
• Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
  
  
• Parking: limited number of places.
  
  
• Pets: pets are not allowed
