• Offers: If you require special rates for 10 days or more, please advise us of your required dates and we will gladly inform you of the special prices we can offer (not available during HIGH SEASON).
• Booking: To confirm your reservation is required 25% prepayment of the total cost of your booking via your Credit Card or Bank deposit.
• Late Check-Out: Late Check-Out is available (up to 18.00), 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.
• Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  If cancelled or modified later, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  In case of ‘no-show’ the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
• Children and extra beds: All children under 3 years stay free of charge for baby cots. All further older children or adults are charged 10% of the room rate per night for kid beds/extra beds.
  Maximum capacity of baby cots, kid beds or extra beds in a room is 1.
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
• Check-In: 14.00  Check-Out: 12.00
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless they are small, cute and quiet.
